Hundreds of Latino elected officials from across the nation urged President Biden to grant work permits to long-term immigrants who have been working and paying taxes for years, sustaining our economy and building our communities, as they endorsed the letter recently released by Representatives Jesus “Chuy” Garcia (D-IL), Adriano Espaillat (D-NY), and Lou Correa (D-CA). National leaders and elected officials representing districts in key states were joined by prominent business leaders and directly impacted individuals urged the President to act for our economy and communities.
